Wetherell Consulting, Inc. was established as a Florida subchapter S corporation in 1998. The sole owners and investors were T. K. and Virginia Wetherell. In October 2002, Virginia Wetherell assumed sole ownership of the company. The founding premise of the company is that the business community needs comprehensive assistance as they navigate through local, state and federal bureaucracy in matters related to legislation, agency policy and procedures, as well as the appropriations process.
